They don't have the tenants rooms/units inspected or registered with re rental certificate before the tenants moves in having many undone repairs like leaking radiators, cracking walls/ceilings etc. also tampers with tenants mails, have no lock personal mailbox, mail carrier don't deliver the mail to 128 Ward street room 612, Paterson NJ 07505 where Billy Gene Lovitt was recently removed from his unit with a warrant of removal for withholding rents and contacting inspectors to inspect his room which failed inspection where the manager/directors is getting hud rental benefits assistance funds. Billy Gene Lovitt had no proper heating in room 612 since he moved in in 2003 up to the retaliated eviction because of complaining to inspectors of no heat etc, making him homeless in the cold sleeping numerous dangerous places, i helps him when i can, we are requesting clarification if the ymca of Paterson is required to file for re rental certificate, inspections, permits prior to a tenant moving in. If any one can answer this question please do so! Is the Ymca of Paterson required to have re rental certificate, locked mailboxes, should the postal service be delivering tenants mails instead coming from the YMCA box? should Billy Gene Lovitt receive a cease/to quit notices before evicting him? should the Ymca sent the notices by certified and regular mail? how can the Ymca send Billy Gene Lovitt certified mails or regular if the postal service staff clarifies that the YMCA have their own special mailbox for tenants at 128 Ward street Paterson NJ 07501? Is this a crime to tamper with tenants mails? Help is need for my cousin immediately to get housing or have his federal rental benefits assistance transfer from the YMCA after he was removed Nov 5 2022. Peace and God bless to all.

The YMCA is a fantastic place for the community and the church community. There is a cohesive message that this establishment brings to the city. One of love and unity.

My son attended this school for pre-k 3 & 4. I feel like the staff there care for your kids like their own. My son loves it. And he has learned so much and has advanced a lot since he started. They are very informative of what’s going on to what they are learning in class. Also this program helps our community in so many ways. My sons teachers are great in regards to engaging the students into what they are learning and making it interesting for them. Everybody is very friendly and l sincerely feel like it’s my sons second home because of the family vibe that is given. They are truely amazing.

A day or so ago, I left my review regarding the living conditions in this building...as I see things. I've been a resident for four years. I am a single black male, 63 years young. I am disabled, and use a cane. I am also a veteran from United States Army New Jersey National Guard 50th Military Police...1983 to 1989. I do not wish to add to my list of concerns. I meant what I wrote... I wanna say this: The people who work here are good people who work hard...and do the best they can everyday. Everyday. They listen and take action as soon as they are able. They are not Magicians...and cannot make problem disappear. They are trying....yes....they are trying. I appreciate them...and thank them all. If we all continue to be positive... conditions here will improve. Sincerely Vanda Ronald Ron Horton.....Room 846
