The YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City is a Christian-principled nonprofit that runs summer day camps across its metro-area branches for children ages 4–12 (up to 15 at some sites), plus overnight sessions at YMCA Camp Classen in the Arbuckle Mountains. Day-camp weeks mix sports, arts and crafts, STEAM projects and swimming, with single-week or full-summer enrollment. Financial assistance is available.

★★★★Clara AlexanderI really like working out at the YMCA. I just wish the members used better better etiquette when wiping down equipment when they finish using it it’s just a little dusty in there other than that it’s still a great place to work out and the staff is very nice.

★★Eileen HetheringtonMore and more of their programs cost money in addition to membership fees. They are always soliciting donations. Their facility in Bethany has offered the same classes for years. Their pool's never available except for classes because they rent it to other groups. Now all the YMCAs are increasing fees. Add Bellydance, Pilates or Line Dancing, we need variety. They are no longer cost competitive with other fitness places.
