I have coached the Y swim team in the past and also coached the Edmond Public School swim teams there for several years. I am now working out on the stationary bike and greeted by friendly faces, who seem like family to me. Since I am now 70 years old. I visit the pool from time to time to see what'going on. The staff always greets me and makes me feel welcome there. Thanks for all you. God Bless You. Steve Riggs.

The Rankin YMCA is my choice - the staff never fails to greet you on arrival and, of course, they are understanding and helpful. The free weights and machines are there always available, clean and working - and the other patrons are polite and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone interesting in joining the YMCA meet with the folks at their Rankin location. I chose the YMCA over any "health club" mainly because of the overall value the YMCA brings to the community. There is no better place to invest, and the bonus is staying healthy!

I love the Rankin YMCA! Their staff are super friendly and helpful. Their director is enthusiastic about all programs and very attentive to members’ needs. Their pool is well maintained which is importantly to me as a lap swimmer.

Staff excellent and friendly. Could do a better job policing the free weight area: lots of underage children. No cell phone policy, obstructing continuity of workout for those who actually want to work out. Phone use in the gym is antithetical to any fitness goal whatsoever. Fact!

Probably 3 and a half stars cant do it on reviews though. This is an old school ymca. Old building. Small pool. Its ok but Mitch is much better.
