The Rankin (Edmond) branch of the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City runs the Y's summer day camp, where children ages 4–12 spend weeks on sports, arts and crafts, STEAM projects and swimming. The free weights and machines are there always available, clean and working - and the other patrons are polite and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone interesting in joining the YMCA meet with the folks at their Rankin location. I chose the YMCA over any "health club" mainly because of the overall value the YMCA brings to the community. There is no better place to invest, and the bonus is staying healthy!
