Powered by GoogleShout out to Tim Ready and his amazing team for putting together Y on the Fly program for residential swim lessons! We had our first one today and our grandson loved it! Very professional, patient, friendly and fun! We are SO happy and grateful they are doing this! The Y rocks!!
Great for general recreational activity. Great open courts, track, and pool. Good variety of cardio equipment. Free weights are good for general purpose workouts. 2 squat racks/deadlift stations and 2 bench press stations. 1 leg press. Free weights, kettle bells, and some cable machines. Typical rotation of other machines. No duplicates so wait times possible.
I was racial profiled and discriminated against in this gym multiple times. They claim to be a claim to practice Christians values but pick and choose when to uphold those values. Aftet being harassed, racial profiled and discriminated against, this organization lacked the human decency to have a any face to face conversation about issues in the gym and proceed to ban me over the phone from the facility without cause, proof, or documentation. I was never warned and I was never given a chance to communicate with staff about the situation freely. The police were called on me I returned just to clear up the confusion hoping it was a misunderstanding and instead of receiving clear communication I was treated as criminal trespassor. Belittled berated and hung up on intentionally by the Patrick Manairi. He was irate on the phone and never gave me a chance to speak and let's his emotions dictate the conversation. I would highly not recommend coming into this space for multiple reasons outside of the prfoling and lack of consistency from staff. They are also extremely negligent to saftey hazards in facility. Ive brought up several concerns that were treated as minor inconveniences instead of take necessary steps to ensure patron saftey. They protect themselves by making all customers sign liability wavies that specifically states they aren't liable for their own negligent behavior if you get hurt. Doesn't sound very christanly to me or just like they care about any human. Seems more business oriented and self protection focused, instead of being community based.
I've been going to gyms my whole life and this gym deserves an A+ because of the staff (A shout out to Brad and Melissa) and the members. It is so rewarding to be around people who care about their health and wellness. I highly recommend this facilty for all people of all ages. I'm sorry if that sounds cliche, but sometimes cliches just make the most sense. Tom M.
Very nice facility, centrally located and made with options for the whole family! It has so much to offer from a swimming pool, indoor track basketball, computer room, courts, workout machines and area and so much more. There is plenty of parking outside and a helpful front desk staff.
