I am, however, disappointed to know the hot tub has sat unused and not fixed for quite some time. Would be awesome to help with my recovery. Please look into fixing this as it would be such a good extension to healing for so many. Thank you.

This review is in response to the lack of communication that I have received while my children were in swim lessons at Clinton YMCA. We chose not to continue membership (because of daycare issues when my children were young) just to take swim lessons. My choice more money, I get it but when I am paying for service especially more for a service I would appreciate communication. I understand cancelling lessons because of snow days but not to reschedule is not ok. I also understand lessons being moved because of pool maintenance but I was not notified that time would be extended. I was smart enough to call before I left the house because I know the history. Rude young man on the phone. Was informed I would only get a 25 percent credit if I sign up for next month? Currently I have paid for 3 lessons for 2 children at nonmember rate....due the math...... Swim lessons for us will unfortunately have to continue somewhere else which is very unfortunate because our instructor was fantastic.
