Ten-week summer day camp run by the nonprofit Boys & Girls Club of Livingston County at its Pontiac main site, open to members ages 5 to 18. Days run 7:00am-5:30pm and are built around weekly themes such as Mad Science, Sports and The Great Outdoors, with swimming at the Recreation Center on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons and a field trip every Thursday to destinations including the Children's Discovery Museum, Miller Zoo and Indiana Beach. Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack are provided. Cost is $75 per week or $25 drop-in, plus a $30 annual membership and a one-time $25 per-family registration fee; the club accepts the state Childcare Assistance Program.
