Outdoor leadership program of the YMCA of Greater Seattle. BOLD (Boys Outdoor Leadership Development) and GOLD (Girls Outdoor Leadership Development) run single-gender day trips and multi-day backcountry expeditions across Washington, from mountain peaks to coastal beaches, focused on outdoor skills, teamwork, leadership and confidence. Day trips include transportation from Y locations across King County and all gear is provided. Programs serve ages 8 and up, with the core offering aimed at ages 11-18; a Leader in Training track is also offered.
