Powered by GoogleBeware: Not ALL children are welcome. If your child has any emotional disability or an IEP, they will not be “a good fit”. This organization claim to have “experts trained in social-emotional learning” is misleading and the programs are NOT all inclusive.
I started basketball for my kindergartner, and two of the first three practices were cancelled before his first game. The representative said due to scheduling conflicts. They expected my 6 year old son to go to his first game after only barely meeting his team for an hour. I asked for a refund because they don't seem very dependable at all and that doesn't teach my kid to be dependable or reliable which is part of sportsmanship. I got a very short response from the rep that the policy is that once the season starts there is no refund. Very disappointed in the boys and girls club sports program, plus the gym on the website is not where they go. BOO :(
We had enrolled 2 teenage drivers on driving program from to here and they both passed easily and have been safe drviers for few years and enjoyed few other activities as well there. This place used to be old library building and it was converted to be a teen center. It is popular hang out place for kids in Sammamish as they have meaningful association of like minded students and supervision of trained staff. I am happy that city of Sammamish worked on creating this program and offered nice building for teens.. Will be used by many many thousands of Future Leaders and citizens..
Everyday after school I go here, for 50$ a year, it is totally awesome, with all the fun programs and clubs and the awesome teen coordinators, I can't imagine anywhere else I'd spend my day after 6 hours of boring to hang out with my squad
This place is one of the BEST places for teens to be in Sammamish. There's a lot of fun things to do AND the great, nice, fun staff make this just a great place to hang out (even with the membership fee).
