Sound View Camp & Retreat Ctr (Campfire Collective)
Sound View Camp and Retreat Center runs overnight summer camp for youth ages 9-15 on a Puget Sound waterfront site on the Key Peninsula in Pierce County. Campers stay in rustic tent cabins and spend their days on the water in kayaks, canoes and Corcls, plus archery, basketball, soccer, team-building, a mini-farm, music, arts and crafts, nature walks on the camp's trails and beaches, and evening campfires. The program is rooted in Christian traditions and states it welcomes campers of all backgrounds. Summer 2026 ran two week-long overnight sessions each paired with a shorter Mini Camp, and a Rover program places 16- and 17-year-olds in a behind-the-scenes leadership role; registration runs through UltraCamp with early-registration discounts.

The campsite also has bikes and sports equipment available. Would recommend taking your own grill as the common kitchen is occupied by a group and you may not get a chance to use the grill available there. Overall a great experience, would definitely visit again!
