Powered by GoogleI am very grateful I decided to join. This is a great place if you have children that are spread out in age. Its nice being able to go swimming as a family and then be able to drop my little one off at the stay and play so I can have one on one time with my pre teens. I love all the events they have for little kids and teens like dungeons and dragons. They also have waffle Wednesday. I also love the sauna, its nice sitting in there listening to spa music after a workout just to relax. I also love that yall have an open door membership that is more affordable for lower income guests. Everyone has been super nice and welcoming, its a great experience.
The exercise programs at the Arnold Y are excellent. There is a wide variety of activities, and everyone is friendly and helpful, giving the Y a strong community feel. I especially enjoy swimming in the outdoor pool; when the weather is warm in the morning again, I plan to resume water aerobics.
Amazing community health space. Great gym with solid, updated equipment; awesome pool; sauna sauna sauna (could use some updates but essential for my fitness journey); great instructors in group classes; great staff. Amazing place for our community.
I am a lifetime member of the Y at the Arnold location. I love the associates that are always so helpful and friendly. I think it is awesome that they keep the equipment up to date and have pickle ball courts, great classes, swimming pools and the rock wall. There is something for all age levels and skills to enjoy and always assistance from the wonderful associates if you need it. If you want a great overall exercise, try Body Pump with Jessica and Angela. It is an excellent class with weights done with upbeat music and the great Instructors. I love the Y and will continue to be an avid member. Give it a try, you will fall in love with working out and feeling great. Pennie B.
Well maintained equipment, great employee, space to relax before and after workouts. I love seeing the kids playing, saw them playing runners and employees, telling the runners to be careful and don’t hurt themselves and be sure to clean the machine after they’re done 😆🤣 They were loud, imaginative and enjoying themselves as it should be! One cute loud little girl ran the tallest mountain in the world in 10 seconds! And the others applauded her as it should be!
