Powered by GoogleMy son absolutely loved this summer camp! The camp offered so many fun outdoor activities that kept him engaged, active, and excited every day. The mentors were fantastic—caring, supportive, and great role models for the kids. He came home each day with new stories, new friends, and a huge smile on his face. Overall, it was the best summer experience, and we can’t wait to come back next year. Highly recommend!
My son has attended this camp for several summers, and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences. He absolutely loves the camp, the trips, the activities, and especially the friendships he makes each year. One of his favorite things is celebrating his birthday at camp with his friends. As a parent, I really appreciate how organized, professional, and accommodating the staff are. Communication is always clear, and it's obvious that a lot of care goes into making sure the children have a fun, safe, and memorable summer. Every year Nathanael comes home excited to tell me about his day, and every year we're looking forward to coming back. I highly recommend this camp to any family looking for a positive and enriching summer experience.
World of Discovery is a great day camp. We've been sending our countless children there for 6 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. They run a fun and professional outfit. Oh! They are also very knowledgeable. I'll often have a hard question and I'll speak to some teenager (cue eye roll). Then, the kid gives me a friendly and accurate answer because they've been going to the camp since they were 4 and are subject matter experts! It's hilarious. Send your kids. They'll have a great time and not become part of the furniture over the summer. Why are you still reading this? Sign up, man!
Last year was my child’s first time at WOD. Every day he would come home so tired so we know he was having a great time. He has mad a lot of new friends and looks forward to going to camp. The drop off and pick up transportation they include is great for us parents. They choose a location that is close to your house. I love that they go on trips twice a week and go swimming . My son camp counselor was very informative and texts about different activities for the next day so the campers arent prepared. My son said he wants to go there this summer again so WOD will be seeing us again this year!!
I have nothing but good things to say about World of Discovery. They had a convenient bus stop for me to drop off and pickup my son. They also pack in the activities for the kids as my son came home very happy everyday. There was no shortage of supervision on field trips which was comforting. We were so happy with the experience that we are signing up for 3 weeks this year.
