Worcester Fitness runs a summer camp for children ages 5-11 who are bathroom-independent, based at its Worcester gym and indoor pool. Camp days mix swimming and WSI swim lessons (two lessons per week) with gym games, kid-scaled workouts, arts and crafts and free play, supervised by experienced camp staff. The 2026 season runs Monday June 22 through Friday August 14, with a 5% early-bird discount for registering on March 2, 2026; registration, guidelines and medical forms are handled online.

Powered by GoogleWonderful facility. Great staff. Ray and Jodi are always working tirelessly to keep the place running perfectly and impeccably clean as well. Place also has a very nice and friendly vibe.
Sent my daughter who was experiencing osgood schlatter and tight/knotted muscles from softball. Steve got her loosened up and helped loosen quad which helped osgood schlatter. She has gone to him a few times and he has always done an excellent job for my college athlete.
A father with a 4-year-old daughter, I’m very disappointed by a recent change to Worcester Fitness Swim Academy’s locker room policy. Until now, the swim lesson process was straightforward: there was a normal locker room setup to change when arriving, and the ability to shower and change after lessons before leaving. However, with the new locker room policy launched on 2/6/26, that basic setup was removed for fathers with young daughters. With the new policy, mothers with sons are provided a designated family changing and showering space, while fathers with young daughters are given no equivalent accommodation and are limited to pool deck changing stalls with no shower access. This is not a small inconvenience. Showers are a standard, expected amenity for swim classes, especially for young children. In New England—where cold weather and snow are common—being unable to shower after a swim lesson makes a simple activity impractical. Transitioning a young child from a pool to regular clothes without a shower turns swim lessons into something unnecessarily difficult. When I asked where my daughter was supposed to shower after her lesson, the response was that "she can't," and essentially that this is “just the way it is,” despite the obvious inequality. What makes this more frustrating is that this is a solvable issue through simple, common accommodations - many swim facilities provide single, unisex family changing rooms or family bathrooms with a shower for this exact scenario. Because of this policy change, we chose to move on to another program. I would strongly encourage parents - especially fathers with daughters - to carefully review the locker room accommodations before enrolling.
Because only in your gym does my son with mild autism enjoy your pool. Because only in your gym in pool we have privacy and it makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE!! I highly recommended that to parents with special needs kids! You reserve the lane a week ahead and enjoy! Worth every penny!!
Sparkling Clean pool, and lane reservations. Steam room is excellent. And the locker room is clean too. New lockers, are larger in size too. Great club. I only swim as I’m disabled. But if I was healthy, this would still be my choice. Every type of training you can ask for. If you’re looking at starting new, this is the place to be. Very helpful staff. And trainers.
