The bartender, David, did not intervene when another patron, Richard Cranium, explicitly supported the request. I attempted to clarify, but the overall experience was handled poorly, and I felt a lack of empathy. The overall atmosphere and conduct of certain patrons and staff conveyed a deeply discriminatory and unwelcoming undertone. I will not be returning."
