My daughter gets four weeks of free swim lessons with a great instructor (we love Mr. Jake!). There are so many fun events and activities for the kids and adults (karaoke, bingo, tween night, trivia night, member appreciation events, etc). It really isn’t a town pool; it’s more of a community and I’m so glad we get to be a part of it!

★jBEWARE all new potential swim club members: My family joined the Willows swim club and was told we could cancel anytime. Unfortunately, I have been waiting for my cancellation refund of my membership since end of season 2021… no return emails for the past year. Do they need my $600 bond money that bad? Just saw a previous similar review and had to share my experience. Stay tuned on my 2025 efforts for a refund.
★Michael HockWorst pool club I have been to. Dirty pool, dirty run down bathrooms. Lied to my family about the bond policy. Was simply told if you cancel you get your money back, been waiting over a year for payment and have not received any update. Was just told by their on site manager that she has seen people way three years to receive their money back. Something they conveniently fail to tell you. I never leave negative reviews but this company deserves a 0 star and a deceptive practice warning. Highly DO NOT recommend to anyone
★★★★★Lynn MondayWonderful place to swim. There are many fun, free events for everyone. The lifeguards are very helpful and the snack shack is very good. The tennis courts, wall ball court, and Gaga pit are very nice and their system for using equipment works well. The pool itself is very nice and clean, and if you are interested, the swim team is very good.
