Whispering Pines is an overnight Bible camp outside Durango, operated in connection with First Baptist Church of Durango and established in 1996. Summer sessions are offered separately for 4th-6th graders and 7th-12th graders, and combine Bible lessons, worship, and personal and small-group discipleship with outdoor games, swimming and a water slide. The site's licensed capacity is 80 children.
