I took my young.children (4 & 1) to the Denver aquarium today while your group had a field trip there. Let me start off by saying every chaperone and child I experience that was representing your company was unbearable. The first chaperone had a tote bag that read "Leah", slammed the entrance door on my daughter in her stroller. It's really not hard to at least pass the door to the person behind you instead of slamming it into them. She then proceeded to argue with the aquarium staff and be rude. When my kids and I finally got into the exhibits a different group from your institution was in front of us. They continued to shove my children out of the way, push my stroller, cut in front of my children looking at the animals and curse in front of my children. When we got to the flash flood area the kids were screaming "God damn!" While the chaperone did nothing. She was absolutely useless and was more worried about taking pictures than she was controlling the kids. Overall the entirety of the kids and adults on the trip gave your company a terrible name and you should be ashamed of their behavior.
