Great small community centered Club in a great small community! Small town America that rarely exists anymore. Plenty of great activities and even greater people!! Amazing value and tons of fun for everyone of every age. Boats of all sizes and a premier summer sailing school! A greater experience than spending your weekend in traffic getting to and from the Eastern shore. A new cook that makes amazing food on Friday nights!

Great place to get into sailing. Shared boat program gets you access to Flying Scotts, Albacores, or Lazers - and the annual fees are very affordable. Location and grounds are great!

I came here for a family reunion. It is a nice place in a very beautiful location on the water. I had only a minor inconvenience, which was that it’s not accessible for wheelchairs to come in and out of the building, as there are steps. So, I had to rely on people to help bring my wheelchair in and out whenever I went outside. The bathroom was accessible though and had enough room for my wheelchair. I understand that this building is older and it’s out in a more rural setting, but buildings should always have an accessible entrance for people who are in wheelchairs and have a disability. It was all wonderful other than that. I would love to come back again.

WRSC makes sailing fun and affordable. The West River is relaxed and friendly, the way Annapolis was 25 years ago. The club is all about sailing with great racing, teaching, cruising, and sailing fun for all levels and ages. For members, the club has shared boats, boat parking spaces, moorings and dockage. From the club tables we have a view down the river and across the bay with great beers on tap and Friday evening diners all summer.

A terrific volunteer sailing club for racers, cruisers and even day sailors. Beautiful grounds, dinghies to share, and excellent lessons for adults and kids alike to learn the ropes.
