When Ryan took over, we didn't know anything about him so our expectations were uncertain. But after the first session, we were blown away. His basketball knowledge is top notch and he teaches things I've never seen or heard of and I have been to several basketball trainers over the years. His best attribute is how he communicates and interacts with the kids/players. He can easily explain things to them so they can understand. He is very positive and encouraging to the players, in a calm/relaxing tone. Our daughter always asks when she can go back for more training because she enjoys it that much. She has improved significantly as a player since going to Ryan. I cannot say enough good things about him as a person and as a coach/trainer.
