Hillcrest Community Center is a Kansas City Parks & Recreation community center that runs a traditional summer day camp for kids ages 6–13. Campers enjoy field trips, swimming, arts and crafts, science and sports, with lunch and snacks provided; the camp runs weekly from early June through early August at a low weekly fee.

★★★★Anne MurrayThis is a great Community Center. We rented it for a few hours to host a funeral repass and it was perfect. It was very spacious, clean and had two pool tables. There is plenty of parking and with the event center being on one side, we had some privacy from the rest of the community center guests. The only negative thing was that there was poor lighting in the hallway leading up to the bathrooms.
