Having a child, who is unable to follow directions. it was extremely helpful to find a school that offered private lessons as well as make-up classes. We are in love with coach Isabella! I find her to be a very patient, kind, and warm individual. She is an excellent coach for my son, and we are very pleased to have her on board. I never had problem. Always call the number and the customer service team are very helpfully.
★Angel HernandezOur child goes here and the staff is very rude and mean to the children playing on the small pool. They get mad for kids just splashing. They also tend to mix up their schedule and have to post pone or cancel on us last minute. They never have anyone in the counter so if there are any issues we need to call the number on the window if we want anything resolved. And once they finally do help us, if they do, they have an attitude about. We are Definitley not going to sign up again with water works aquatics!
★Norma CorderoDo not bring your family to this place as the staff are unreliable because múltiple times they reschedule my appointments only for the staff working that day claim to be unaware of the chances. I also felt like my children were treated more harshly because we are Latinos.

The kids had an absolute blast enjoying the warm indoor pool, and we truly appreciated the safety measures—there were always two attentive lifeguards on duty who did an amazing job (huge kudos to them! Sorry dont remember their names). A special shoutout to the administrator supervisor, Kerstin, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She and the team helped us unload and set up our decorations and food, and she stayed with us throughout the entire party, checking in to see if we needed anything. Everything was well-organized, and both the kids and their parents were super impressed and happy. We highly recommend Waterworks Aquatics for birthday parties and will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for an unforgettable celebration and wonderful memories!
