Upon remitting payment, I discovered that pool access is consistently unavailable due to full bookings, rendering the financial commitment without a guaranteed service. Furthermore, the facility itself is outdated and unhygienic. My subsequent attempt to inquire with a receptionist regarding booking availability for the upcoming month revealed a concerning lack of customer service and an unacceptable level of uncleanliness within the premises.

There is no open swim in the morning when the pool is open and literally no swimmers. This is at opening, 6 am. Said they require lane reservations. So, national members are screwed. Update: Thank you for letting us know now. It would've been nice if the gentleman at the front desk told us that when we were there.

Beautiful setting and friendly staff. It's easy to book swim lanes on the app. The facilities are a bit old and very small for a YWCA - showers could be updated. The machine room isn't big but never crowded in the afternoon. They only have a few classes a week. However, I'm more of a swimmer and the pool and its schedule worked great for me.

Great pool feels nice and refreshing. My one star off is for the showers in the locker room. The shower pressure is really weak and they are sometimes really cold. Also what’s with the random curtains between every few showers. It’s really uncomfortable having to walk into other people’s shower curtains to pass them. I had to share a shower curtain with someone’s kid so it’s just me and their kid naked in an enclosed space. Kinda awkward. Just get rid of the curtains and make it fully communal.

Very nice park for children and dogs. The big dog park gets mud from people running the water too much so then dogs get muddy. The small park dog is great grassy and shady. Children park is great as well and there is always something happening for children to do. Bathrooms are okay I always think they can be better.
