★ShanPoor communication and management. Zero customer service. My child’s class has now been canceled for four times in the past three months, always at the last minute. The experience has been very disappointing, and the program does not feel well managed or dependable.

Families plan their schedules around these lessons, especially for young children. The program needs much more reliable communication and backup coverage.
