I am reaching out to them via their several email addresses and phone number listed and can't get through to them to change my daughters enrollment dates. I am not happy about how hard it is to reach them.
★Michael KruegerWhen we started, this club was fantastic. But now that it is expanded, it is definitely showing as a money grab. Using Segra field has been a disaster. The facilities are not equipped for weekly practice. Nothing is open, there is no shade, bathrooms are rarely if ever open. Team placement and scheduling has been a cluster. Clearly they did not have enough coaches and this is not well thought out. Our coach didn’t even know they were coaching until 10 PM the night before. If you have a question or a concern about team placement or anything else, forget about contacting anyone. They have no reachable phone number. Email is ignored. The app they use for communications is also ignored. What happened VA Revolution? You are appearing no better than a rec team, except they even bother to email me back or acknowledge receipt!
