The Maryland SoccerPlex in Boyds (Montgomery County) hosts a range of summer sports camps at the Adventist HealthCare Fieldhouse, including SAM Soccer Camp (ages 5-13), Nike soccer camps (ages 7-18), a Jr. Wizards soccer camp, and basketball camps for grades 7-12. Many camps run about 9am-3pm.

★★★★★JMRAmazing complex, I was blown away by the # of fields but even more so how clean the area was and how well manicured the fields were. I imagine this place gets outrageously crowded on weekends. I did not see significant porta-potties around which could be an issue. A small vending area or an area for food trucks would bring in significant revenue (charge flat rate), i would think, to help offset upkeep.
★★★Derik Martinezhad a pretty disappointing experience at Maryland SoccerPlex. For a place that hosts so many games and events, I expected it to be a lot better maintained and organized. The fields themselves were not in great condition—uneven spots and worn-out areas made it harder (and honestly less safe) to play. On top of that, the facilities need serious improvement. The restrooms were not very clean, and there didn’t seem to be enough attention given to keeping things stocked or maintained throughout the day. Parking was another issue. It felt disorganized and overcrowded, especially during busy times, which made getting in and out way more stressful than it should be. There also wasn’t much shade or seating for spectators, so if you’re there for a while, it gets uncomfortable quickly. Overall, it just didn’t live up to the expectations for such a well-known soccer complex. With some better maintenance and organization, it could be a great place—but right now, it definitely needs improvement.
★★★★★B VMultiple beautiful fields of soccer with walking/running paths, tennis courts inside/outside, outside gym, a lake, parks with bathrooms accessible during business hrs. They also have an indoor pool and indoor soccer fields. I’ve been running here for 5+ yrs and the sunsets I’ve watched here, have been stunning. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The wildlife is so beautiful too from multiple birds plus deer.
★★★★★R Emerson PoweMy happy place. Great for all ages! Plenty of walking paths, for humans and canines alike. Of course plenty of fields. Depending on the time of day there maybe soccer tournaments, but still plenty of area to play freely. The staff does an excellent job maintaining the grounds. It's also a great place to watch birds. It's there happy place too. Also ample parking.
