Really happy to have found this place. I’m 40 years old and about 10 years ago I loved circus arts. Found an old picture on the lyra and thought I wanted to do that again. Sydney was so incredibly warm and welcome to my first class back. She is also a great confidence booster. She’s great on instructions and safety. I felt confident enough with her training to do a flip on the Lyra. We both talked about how we didn’t like the Lyra at first, but it grows on you. You can make some beautiful moves and feel like flying. Today was nice to feel strong and beautiful again. It was a nice “I still got it” feeling. If you’re tired of just running on a treadmill, this will be a great workout and confidence booster. I can’t believe how fast an hour went. Can’t wait to go back!

I've been attending classes at VPS Pensacola for a few months, and it's been an incredible experience. I felt welcomed by a community of supportive instructors who are skilled and care about their student’s well-being and progress. They prioritize warming up and conditioning before diving into the fun stuff to prevent injuries and work on strength. As a busy mom, finding time for myself can be challenging, so these classes have become my space to focus on my mental and physical health. Kasey, the owner, has an infectious energy and a genuine devotion to what she does. The studio is clean and well-maintained, so I’m not worried about rolling around the floor and using the poles. There's something for everyone, with various classes available, from pole to lyra to silk. My current favorite is Floor-ology with Alaina. Her enthusiasm and choreography always leave me feeling empowered and comfortable in my skin. As long as I'm in the area, I'll continue to be a part of this fantastic community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, safe, and supportive environment to explore something new or grow their passion for the sport!

Seriously the best pole studio in Pensacola! Extremely well maintained, clean, and spacious. They also offer lyra and various dance classes. Tallest poles I’ve ever used and the instructors are so friendly and welcoming. Please check them out, you won’t regret it!

Studio is clean and airy and the poles are very tall! All of the instructors are knowledgeable and also talented. I felt wonderfully encouraged and supported by the teachers. They took time with each student and made sure we were comfortable before moving on to the next move. It’s a great place to get your feet wet or polish your skills in a higher level class.
