Powered by GoogleMy son attended TCEP for five years and my other son will be attending as soon as he is ready for pre-school. They treat my family like their own family and are all wonderful to work with. I trust them with my children, and I recommend TCEP to anyone seeking before, during, or after school care.
I wish we had enrolled our daughter sooner. Can't say enough about the program and the effort they give when it comes to care. Very fortunate to have the summer program and before and after school care. My daughter absolutely adores each staff member.
Both of our kids have been through TCEP over the last 10 years and I can’t say enough good things about this program. From the teachers to the director, everyone cares for your kids there. I personally love how well they keep tabs on your children. I have forgotten in the past to let the center know my kids wouldn’t be there in the afternoon due to illness/appt and they are calling me within minutes to let me know they did not get off the bus in the afternoon for after school care. They do fun crafts and have an excellent summer program as well. Do not hesitate to enroll your kids here.
All three of my kids have attended this program. My daughter is currently in the AM preschool program and loves it! She learns a lot and I feel confident that she will ready for Kindergarten this fall. Her teachers have all been great.
My daughter was exposed to covid19 and due to that, she has been quarantined and cannot return to TCEP. However I am being charged for days she is not there. Or I can use 10 free day im alloted per year. So all 10 days get used in 1 exposure to covid19. Then I have to pay for any other time not receiving services. According to their Board and Attorneys its legal to charge someone for services not provided. Such a disgraceful, disgusting excuse for a small town program for children. With the pandemic JFS provides these nonprofit organizations with funds, but instead of going through the process to obtain those funds, they choose to STEAL from the community members who are attempting to support small business. I hope other community members see how disgraceful this program policies are.
