theCoderSchool North Shore runs week-long summer coding camps in Deerfield covering Python, AI, Scratch game development, Minecraft, Roblox, Raspberry Pi, Arduino electronics and mBot robotics, taught in small groups by staff instructors called Code Coaches. For summer 2026 camps are half-day sessions Monday to Friday — mornings 9:00am to 12:00pm or afternoons 12:30pm to 3:30pm at $425 a week — and families can mix and match sessions across the week or call to arrange a full day. Most camps are for ages 8 and up, with the Python, AI, Raspberry Pi and Arduino weeks set at ages 9 and up; some require prior coding experience. Campers demo their projects at the end of each week.
