Powered by GoogleWe canceled tutoring verbally and our child stopped attending completely, yet Kids STEM Studio continued charging us for about 8 months for services not provided. There was no follow-up about attendance and no proactive resolution.when we reached out, they said the there are no refunds. Charging a family for months of unused services, particularly when my daughter did not attend at all is unreasonable. Parents should make sure to get written cancellation confirmation, as billing may continue even when a child is no longer attending.
Our kids had a fantastic time during their summer camp. They loved building robots and understanding how they work. They also loved building their own Roblox Obby. Highly recommend.
THIS COMPANY IS DISCRIMINATORY!! My son with autism was told he could not join. The exact reasons were: “ He would be disruptive to the other children” “ The material moves too fast and he wouldn’t be able to keep up” Mind you, my son is not disruptive and not intellectually impaired. They took his diagnosis and labeled him with things that do not fit him. They are not allowing him to participate in their stem class. Do not use them!! If I could give this company a zero I would!
Very nice STEM learning center.
My son has been to 2 different STEM summer camp programs at this place, and he wanted to know whether they have classes during the weekend. He loved this place, his teachers, and what he learned there. He improved his STEM skills a lot at this place. The teachers are so helpful and friendly. That’s why he is going to two more summer camp programs. I am happy that they have a place like this.
