Theatre with a Twist runs two-week musical theatre day camp sessions at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Acton, where campers act, sing, dance and help build the sets, costumes and props for an end-of-session performance. Days also include improv games, arts and crafts, theme days and outdoor play, with breaks for lunch and snacks that families pack. The full-day camp (9:00am-4:00pm) serves ages 5-12, and a half-day Theatre Intensive (9:00am-1:00pm) serves ages 12-15. The nonprofit says it supports performers with learning-style differences and keeps an MD and RN on call during camp hours.
