Powered by GoogleFantastic athletic club with the best tennis facility in the area. I play here several times a week, and the courts are consistently well maintained. The atmosphere is welcoming and makes it a great place to play.
I'm very disappointed about how this establishment doesn't enforce their own policies. There is a huge problem with cell phone usage in the adult ladies locker room. Even though there is a sign the "strictly prohibits the use of cell phones" in that area, many people ignore it. It is very uncomfortable and not relaxing at all to walk in to the spa area only to find several people on their phones in the hot tub. I received a phone call from staff after I made a written complaint and I was told they will not be enforcing the policy. I was told I could enforce it as long as I'm nice about it. This is not acceptable!! I pay a lot of money for this membership.
Went to view this place to potentially join. The prices are outrageous, feels exclusionary and elitist. Disappointed in the gym offerings in this area. Either join a planet fitness w no amenities or pay hundreds of dollars a year to support the outdated country club at this place. Would be nice if they offered prices inline with the offering. I've lived in AZ, WI, OH, ID and this out prices Lifetime Fitness and many of the other gyms which are newer and cleaner and more kind with pricing.
The hours feel a bit limited and the layout of the facility is a bit odd. Definitely feels dated. What prompted me to write a review was that I was surprised they had us using dish towels on the ground during a Pilates class. For the cost of the membership, I was surprised to be offered this as equipment. It is the only gym in the area offering what they do, so we stay. Pools are great, outdoor grounds and pools are nice for the couple months they are open.
One of the best things / gym in the Olympia area. Tennis, paddle ball, raquetball, basketball, swimming, spin cycle and more. Awesome experienced instructors in all the above exercise pursuits including yoga, pilates, barre, weight lifting and many more. Multiple rooms for all levels of lifting, treadmill, cycling, rowing, stairmaster and more. Sauna, hot tub, steam room all well maintained and exceptionally clean. Cafe serving everything from sandwiches to protien smoothies. Professional, experienced instructors for classes and individual training. The staff is friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. It's the best thing about Olympia if you enjoy great company and working out. The family membership is well worth it too. We all love this place. Highly recommend. 5☆☆☆☆☆
