We have noticed a major increase in his speech development and are overall pleased with the staff and school setting.

★BlondieI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if I could give less than 1 star I would. The staff working here are extremely rude and disrespectful. Ms Gianna (the director) is the nastiest person I have ever come across working in an environment with kids and families. At first she seemed nice but that’s far from the truth. this is the ONLY person parents can deal with if you have any issues. The Owner CHARMAINE PRICE is never available to speak with. I have tried multiple times to speak with her and left messages about my issues and have never received a call back.owning a business myself , good customer service is what sustains a business. Hiding from customers with issues will never keep you in business. I was so excited to enroll my kids in what seemed like an amazing program. My son has issues eating and Ms Gianna refused to accommodate him by allowing me to bring food for him. He is in therapy for these issues but she was not sympathetic and gave me a hard time getting documentation so I could bring in special meals for him. All I got from her was a nasty attitude. IF YOUR CHILD HAS ANY ISSUES OR NEEDS ANY ACCOMMODATIONS DONT EXPECT TO GET ANY HELP FROM THIS PLACE. They are very closed minded to children with ANY issues but yet charge double. I hate to have to leave a bad review but parents need to know what they are getting into with this place. Ms Gianna seems to think she owns this place and refuses to let parents speak to anyone else if an issue comes up. I would not recommend this place at all.
