Powered by GoogleWanted to visit more than once before I decided to give a partial review . Visited on 2 occasions and would like to preface by saying while I decided not to become a member my daughter did have fun. So if fun is the only thing that’s important to you then this is the place for you . I personally feel as if you are going to work with children, that you should actually have some intuition on how to de escalate situations when dealing with them . First visit ,staff seemed very cliquish and was shooting looks as it pertains to the kids in their presence, not much display of passion for their Job. To my surprise,I found out one of them was actually the manager. As a teacher, I do feel as if when working with kids there must be At least an inkling of like for them despite if you have known them for a month or a minute. However ,on my second visit , A different most polite, soft spoken, sweet spirited young lady greeted me ,( can’t remember her name but she had a very unique name, something to do with the bible ) she handled my daughter with such care , she assisted me at the little kitchenette/cafe area as well. My daughter had an accident and she made something that would have been typically so embarrassing for me ,or most moms just into the most non trivial thing. If I had made a decision to become a member, it would have been off of that young lady alone. On the other hand the other staff member referred to my 3 year old as mean while speaking to the parent of another child as if I would not be able to hear her. They even exchanged a little banter, it’s clear the other parent was a regular. I was dumbfounded. (Her name I do remember as I specifically asked for it and out of respect I will just say the employee whose name is “C”). As a teacher who was invited by another teacher to explore my options before deciding on a summer activity for my daughter, this review is not to bash the establishment but rather to bring light to how things appeared to a potential member of your establishment . We were a potential group of 6 moms/ teachers with 7 kids who unanimously voted that there needs to be better training provided for your staff as they are working with people most prized possession. Their kids.My daughter is the furthest thing from mean. You never engaged with her, never got down on her level. You made a call and ran with it. Words matter, Kindness matter .
I just wanted to share that I had such a great experience at the motherhood village recently using their 1:1 services with their in house Nanny. Amiracle was so wonderful with my 10 month old while I worked. I work from home and I’ve been looking for a place where I can still be with my baby while also getting the support that I need. It’s such an amazing alternative to daycare and very affordable. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe place for your children. My 10 year old even loves it. 👍👍🙏🙏 TY MHV
The Motherhood Village has become one of our favorite places. I bring my kids here all the time, and it truly feels like a second home for us. The play space is such a gift. My kids are happy, safe, and entertained, which gives me the freedom to actually get some work done, enjoy a great cup of coffee, or simply relax for a moment. The cafe is amazing, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are kind, attentive, and have genuinely become like family to us. It is the kind of place that supports moms, kids, and community all at once. I am so grateful to have a space like this to come to regularly!
We had an amazing experience hosting our child’s birthday party here! From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, & organized. They truly made us feel taken care of. The facility was clean, bright, and well-maintained, and the play areas were perfect for the kids. If you’re looking for the perfect indoor playground to host a birthday party, this is the place. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!
There are not enough words to describe how incredible The Motherhood Village is! Nicole and her staff are beyond friendly, fun, and absolutely amazing when it comes to not just running a business, but throwing birthday parties and making it a fun and safe space to be. We had my daughters 7th birthday party at the Village and it was such a wonderful day! It truly is the perfect space for kids of all ages as we have friends and family who's children's ages range and i was a little worried but all of the kids truly enjoyed themselves and it was an amazing day for all, especially for my daughter. It is a very clean, and beautifully decorated space. Nicole has truly outdone herself with this space and I have referred this space to so many friends, and family not just for birthday parties, but for playdates, office/ rental space while the kids play, and even just to grab a delicious coffee while the kids run around and let out their energy in the gym or play area. I wish i could give this space 100000 stars!
