Charlotte locations are unorganized and do not communicate with us parents. Promise field trips but already canceled the first two due to transportation. Which they should have had set up. I have used bounce u for several kids parties. The staff that is helping With this camp that works for bounce u is great the ALM staff is a joke. They are disrespectful and rude to the other staff and some of the kids. Kids may be safe but the staff is a joke. I’ll be pulling my son from this camp. Think twice and do some real research before sending your kids. Really hope this ALM sports camp don’t hurt such a great business like Bounce U.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my grandson’s experience at this summer camp! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was a special place. The staff was welcoming, enthusiastic, and truly cared about creating a safe, fun, and meaningful environment for every child. My grandson came home every day full of stories — from canoeing on the lake and learning archery, to making new friends and performing in the end-of-week talent show. He especially loved the nature hikes and all the creative crafts. He grew more confident, adventurous, and independent with each passing day, and the smile on his face said it all. What impressed me most was how the camp blended fun with values like teamwork, respect, and resilience. The counselors were fantastic role models and made every child feel seen and supported. Specifically Mrs. Ramos. This camp didn’t just fill his summer with joy — it gave him memories and friendships that will last a lifetime. ALM Sports Camp is a great summer camp. The staff is very nice and friendly. Safety is a big priority. I love the idea of having a piece of mind knowing my child is safe because I can communicate with the director anytime and I receive pictures everyday. ALM Sports is not your typical Camp. They have great hours and many locations. They provide breakfast and Lunch for the kids. Not only does my son have fun but he is learning as well. I highly recommend this camp, the price is worth every penny.

The staff at ALM was absolutely amazing! Coach A. the camp Director always kept us in the loop with daily updates of activities and kept us inform when they were off campus. She shared daily photos of the campers during swimming and while on field trips. Thank you Coach A. for inviting my 9th grader to join the Team of volunteers for the summer. He was able to complete all his hours for his high school curriculum. He absolutely loved every moment of it and is ready to return next year. Thank you Coach A. And your team for your wonderful experience.
