Powered by GoogleLove this spot, a very nice facility. Workers overall can be a tad bit more customer service oriented; from the front desk to the aquatics area. But, there are a couple of workers in the fitness room that are always welcoming. A couple guys in the fitness room are just like some of the security at the entrance, not paying attention to anything and or just in their phones.
Top level community engagement and programming! Awesome Pastoral services and programs. This entire facility offers state of art opportunities for the Morgan Park and beyond community networks providing meaningful experiences for all!
Such a Great place to gather with others of like values as we celebrate and encourage each other who have gone through cancer or with whom have experiences with cancer survivors Living or Gone... THE LOCATION ACCOMMODATE WAS SO BEAUTIFUL... JUST AN AWESOME TIME OF SHARING....
Was at the Kroc for a week conference. They took care of all of our lunches and a morning and afternoon snack. It was remarkably good. The servers were friendly, patient as some of our sessions went long, and did a great job. Not sure what the cost was but the quality was fantastic. Frankly all of the staff there front door through catering was great.
Horrible experience. Took my 10 year old daughter up there for a day of play , but was sadly turned away . Signage said they weren’t offering day passes, when asked why I got three reasons from three different people . NO consistency whatsoever. I then told staff a would purchase a membership, and again I was denied because the “weren’t doing memberships” that day because they were getting ready for a church service that would be taking place 5 hour later !! This was my first interaction with the Kroc center and I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. They will never be getting my business again. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
