Powered by GoogleVery beautiful architecture and very good staff. The security is very secure and they have a former FBI agent as the head of security. This is a private club you can’t just walk in but you can schedule a private event
I’m writing to raise a concern regarding an interaction that occurred recently outside the club involving one of their security personnel, Carlo. My wife was waiting for me outside the club when Carlo approached her in a manner that felt needlessly aggressive, rude and confrontational. She was simply standing on the public sidewalk just for a couple minutes and not causing any disturbance. The interaction left her feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is not what we expect from a place that prides itself on hospitality and respect. We understand the need for security, but there is a way to approach these situations with professionalism and courtesy. We would appreciate it if you could look into this and ensure your team is aligned on how to interact respectfully with members and their guests.
Worst valet parking experience ever!!!! Every single time we wait round 25min to get the car back. We get poisoned by poor ventilation in the waiting area. Zero attention to wait times from staff. A joke of a service! And to add to the joke, they put on a digital screen saying ticket servicing times are all 0 minutes. All staff there should be replaced.
Great social and athletic club with beautiful, spacious facilities. The city clubhouse has basketball courts, swimming pools, squash courts, a rooftop fitness center, etc. The staff is great and the club is well-run. I enjoy the food at Article III (like the salmon banh-mi) and the social events. Olympic Club also has a lakeside location. NB: the club is accessible to members and their guests
Wow, jaw dropping presentation by this wonderful staff. The food was magnificent along with this 2 story presentation of a wedding that I just attended. The managing staff should be so thankful that they have the top hospitality workers like no other I have seen. Coming out of a pandemic is not easy, but from what I could see and I experienced this establishment has a service like no other. Thank you for a wonderful time
