I am writing to share a review and give a special shout-out to three amazing teachers at your school. My granddaughter has been attending for almost two years, and during this time, Ms. Jasmine, Ms. Kailyn, and Ms. Alyssah have been absolutely wonderful. They have been incredibly attentive, kind, and have maintained strong communication throughout her entire time at the school. We truly appreciate the care and dedication they show every day.

This facility was running well until about three weeks ago, when new leadership and inexperience d staff took over. Since then, there's been a clear decline in operations. The high staff turnover in such a short time raised serious concerns about leadership. Communication is inconsistent, and there is a noticeable lack of accountability, with blame often placed on previous leadership instead of addressing current issues. I would not recommend this facility especially for parents of young children as this place lacks accountability.

I feel comfortable providing a review now that my baby has been attending for aprox month and half and I have spent several hours in the room. for reference a lot of this review is specific to the infant room/part of the daycare. I have a 6 month old baby that attends. I have spent a few hours observing as a mom and with a background in mental health/development. So far it has been an overall good experience. I have felt more and more comfortable leaving my baby there and trusting he will be safe. The infant room is clean, babies have toys and items for them to explore. They do sensory activities with them and do a good job tending to their basic needs on a regular/consistent basis (feeding, diaper, naps). Two particular staff that are so awesome and I feel the most comfortable trusting with the care of my baby are Savannah and Kaitlyn - they are the main teachers and are great at their job. It is evident they like their job, like the babies and work so cohesively together. When they are both there the environment feels more calm and clearly from a developmental stand is best for the babies it’s evident they feel safe and forming a healthy attachment. From time to time of course they have to take breaks and seems like a random staff comes in to give them breaks/lunch. It is very evident when they are not there the environment feels more chaotic, babies cry more and clearly alternative staff in my observation is not always comfortable with caring for babies as they sort of just sit there waiting for the baby to stop crying (was my observation today and other days). Anyhow the consistent teachers Savannah and Kaitlyn are great and I feel comfortable trusting my baby will be safe and comfortable with them specifically. As far as the directors and other staff at front they are super friendly and welcoming, facility looks clean and they appear to follow the rules and regulations quite well. I hope that if you are looking for a daycare you find this review helpful.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with TLE. Our baby started at just 6 months old in the infant classroom, and from day one we felt confident and comfortable leaving her in their care. The staff is attentive, caring, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and well-being. We especially want to recognize Ms. Kaelyn and Ms. Savannah — they are both amazing. They are kind, patient, and truly loving with the babies, and it shows every day. It means everything to know our child is in a safe, nurturing, and positive environment. We’re very grateful for the care and support they provide and highly recommend The Learning Experience to any family looking for a great daycare.

My 4.5 year old son has been coming here for a few months & he loves it. All of the teachers, staff & the owner Pervin are absolutely a delight. They are very accommodating to my son's peanut allergy & his need for an inhaler in case he gets a little too wild & crazy on their playground area. I like the curriculum & have noticed a change in my son's speech. The director Caren is always ready to help anytime I needed to pick up my son a little late due to my daughter being hospitalized twice. The best part is that the teachers give updates about meals, activities, potty schedules & nap time sleep/wake up times throughout the day. They also provide pictures of activities they do. The location is easy to get to & is very secure. It's a great relief to parents. Definitely recommend.
