We have loved our experience at ChildTime! Our daughter has been in the infant class and the experience has been wonderful! I think it’s no secret that Ms. Rachel is my daughter’s favorite (her “mom away from home”). We also love Ms. Sarah, Ms. Isabelle, Ms. Dominick, Ms. Savannah, and all the other teachers and staff! We trust them and our daughter loves her time at school. We appreciate all the communication with the staff and the love they show our kiddo.

Entrusting the care of our child to someone else wasn't easy, and while we wish we didn't have to drop our son off on work days, we have not regretted where we have chosen to do so. After touring several (read: five other) facilities, this specific Childtime location was the best fit for us. We appreciate the standards of cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, and the impeccable care with which they take care of our son (and other children). Additionally, the amount of diversity we see in the building brings us peace of mind that all are welcomed with open arms - something we did not see with most other daycare facilities we considered. Big shout out to Ms. Rachel, Ms. Sarah, Ms. Bella, Ms. Dominick, Ms. Kayla, Ms. Brianna, and Ms. Jovi, who we have seen are absolute rockstars in the infant room - though, we know everyone throws a hand in where help is needed, so thank you to all the staff for your incredible work! We can tell everyone genuinely cares about the well-being of these children, and it really touches our hearts. Also a specific thank you to Ms. Bev and Ms. Preet, who are always so kind, helpful, and positively sunny!

I absolutely love the staff at this location. I am new to the day care. I have been a stay at home mother for both of my children but it was time to get care. I was very nervous about leaving my child but the staff has made the transition so comfortable for me and my 4 year old. They have made her feel so comfortable and she has warmed up quickly. She has told me that Ms. Susan and Ms. Bev are her favorite teachers. I love that I can check on her throughout the day on the app with the live feed cameras. And the updates and pictures. Choosing the best child care is very important to all parents, specially on my part as a first time mom to my daughter I wanna make sure that my daughter is in good hands. And I found it in Childtime- Natomas. All the teachers and staff are friendly and approachable. I wanna give a shout out to My Tasha my daughter loves her, everyday she always share her experiences and how her teacher took cared of them. She helped me too with my daughter on her potty train I know it’s not part of her job but when I asked for helped for consistency she knew never think twice. As a parent of two children who have attended (and are currently attending) Childtime Natomas, I can honestly say it has been such a positive experience for our family. From the very beginning, we felt reassured knowing there are cameras available so we can check in on our kids throughout the day—it really gives peace of mind. You’re also able to visit them any time. A few things I truly appreciate is how much they take care of the little details. Meals and snacks are provided, which makes busy mornings so much easier, and having diapers included after the infant stage is such a thoughtful touch for parents. Their availability from 7am - 6pm is extremely accommodating for our busy life. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. The environment feels like one big family, and it shows in how the teachers interact with the kids and with each other. A special thank you to Ms. Bev, Ms. Preet, Ms. Jovi, Ms. Latasha, Ms. Sarah, and Ms. Josephine for the care, patience, and love they show every day—but truly, all of the teachers here are wonderful. Even when my daughter was going through some behavioral issues at 2 years old, the teachers and leadership were so patient, empathetic, and helpful. Happy to say that she’s since grown out of that phase. We’re so grateful to have found a place where our children feel safe, supported, and happy. I would absolutely recommend Childtime Natomas to any parent looking for a nurturing and dependable environment.
