The Inner Athlete runs multi-sport classes and camps in Hoboken for children from 18 months to 13 years. Its summer camps serve ages 2.5-7 in two formats: a half-day outdoor camp from 9 a.m. to noon at Elysian Park, and a full-day camp from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. based at its Monroe Center studio. Groups are set by age, with younger campers working on motor skills and confidence and older campers rotating through soccer, baseball, basketball, tennis and lacrosse. The same studio also runs weekly classes, school-break camps and a Saturday Night Lights program year-round.

The coaches anticipated every need and truly took charge, keeping every child laughing, engaged, and having fun the entire time.
