Front desk workers are so slow and incompetent. Asked me the same question three times like my answer was going to change. Took $15 and 15 minutes when I simply wanted to play some tennis. Unreal. Will not be back and would not recommend

They equipment are okay. Some stuff can be out of order. But he ymca says they don’t have any volleyball for there gym which I think is a lie because I’ve seen a volleyball camp have them and it was the ymca gym volleyballs which I think is dumb that they don’t have a volleyball.

They expect you to pay for a month you do not use, and you can't cancel the membership until it is paid. I think I stopped going in during the third week of August. I had cancelled my card I had used, and called in the beginning of September to cancel my membership. I was told that I have to give a 30-day notice, and that I would still be charged for October, although I would not be going in. I was also told they can't cancel my membership until the payment for September was made. Again, although I won't be going in. I was never told this when I joined. So, nope, ain't gonna happin'. PS The Marquette University has a very spacious gym right across the street.

Almost destroyed my wheels in the way in! This should be unacceptable.

Visiting from out of town. Seems like a good facility overall. Front desk staff was friendly and check in was easy. I was unaware that the sauna had different hours. They open at 5am, but the sauna wasn’t until 6:30am. I understand it needs to preheat, but it was still frustrating. Sauna is hot and big… looks like it can comfortably seat 14.
