I love The Dance collective. I joined 4 years ago, when I became an empty nester. I had no prior experience dancing, and have been able to slowly start competing as a Ballroom dancer for both Latin and Standard. The people are great, the group classes are fun, and the Pro Dancers are the best. Joining the Dance Collective was the best decision ever!

The Dance Collective has been wonderful for my daughter. The instructors are engaging, caring and extremely capable. Many of them still perform professionally. The Director, Enrique, is fabulous too. All of the students grow and change so much under his study. We have tried almost every dance studio in Westport over the years, and this is by far our favorite! It’s a gem! The dance collective is like a second home. I started dancing here around 7 years ago, and will continue to even after college, as they have an amazing adult program. The instructors and other dancers are very welcoming which makes the classes super enjoyable. The staff is composed of unique knowledgable professional dancers brought in from various places, which allows the students to experience multiple different styles. I’ve been dancing at the Dance Collective for about five years now. I danced as a kid but I took twenty years off and I was so nervous about dancing again after so many years. I will never forget my first class, it wasn’t scary or intimidating like some studios can be and the other adult students were so nice and welcoming. My daughter loves it here! She considers the teachers and students to be her second family, and watching her grow from a quiet girl into a poised and confident dancer at The Dance Collective has been beautiful to witness. Their staff is terrific - nurturing her love of dance and teaching her to achieve her goals through the perfect combination of hard work, discipline and fun. In addition, I get to dance! They have a great adult dance program with classes like Latin, hip hop and jazz, plus a competitive ballroom program that anyone can do. I started as a total beginner and have danced alongside women of every age and ability (and some men too☺).
