Extremely rigid and one-sided policies. This place is very efficient at keeping your money, but shows little to no flexibility or customer service when it comes to rescheduling. What’s especially frustrating is the double standard. Cancellations and no-shows on their end clearly happen—I personally experienced a situation last week where no one showed up for over 30 minutes past the scheduled start time, and we were simply allowed to “squeeze in” extra time after already paying. Now that I’m the one needing to cancel in advance, I’m told there is absolutely no flexibility because it’s not 24 hours out—even though I offered to reschedule for earlier the same day or the following day. No refund, no credit, no reschedule. If you value reasonable customer service or flexibility, be aware that their policies apply strictly to customers—but not necessarily to themselves.

The coaches here are very rude. Specifically coach Keith who was promoting private lessons. Also coach Sean who was extremely rude and arrogant

only two young ladies there are nice on the phones and in person and keep the courts in top shape. I have had multiple people from my family call with same experiences and it seems as if the employees are unfriendly and they treat tennis players as if they are doing us a favor by booking courts for them even though we are paying for the courts. Not To mention the fact that courts are already booked for months in advance from 4-9pm which is the only useful time for families. I would appreciate the chance to share my experience with management. Warm regards

Great winter-time indoor tennis facility. Staff are inattentive and bathrooms lack cleaning supplies.
