The Suncor Boys & Girls Club, a Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver unit at 6201 Holly Street in Commerce City, opened in 2015 and runs after-school and summer programming for school-age youth in grades K-12. Its summer camp runs nine weeks with a brand-new theme each week, split into two age bands (grades K-5 and 6-12) so activities stay age-appropriate, and families can enroll for all nine weeks or pick individual weeks, with each week billed separately. The club site includes a youth development park and The Pat Bowlen Field, developed with the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation.

They are allowed to engage with peers their age, experience activities like building bird houses, cross fit, bike riding, field trips; and they receive homework help. All of the children at the club even received new shoes, which was unexpected and thoughtful. They do not love the available food (you can not send food with them) so they are pretty ravenous when they get home. Honestly, the only improvement would be if there was someone who could walk with the group of elementary students after school to the club (it is a pretty busy road for the younger children).
