I have a 10 year old that trains here and he always has a blast. ( just did the 4th wall or 12 ft wall), would definitely recommend.

I'd give these guys a minus star if I can. Our daughter, who's new to this gym really looked forward to joining. The coach here is beyond horrible. He didn't want to explain what each activity is. To someone who's new, he didn't bother to do a demo or teach in detail on how to accomplish these activities. Instead, he focused on a particular group only and did a horrible job with other groups from lack of attention and instruction. Will never come back ever again. Look else where for your kids for a great workout and fun time.

Super fun American ninja warrior style obstacle course gym for adults or kids! It's a chill and supportive environment for anyone who feels like trying it at any age or level. If you love the show and always wanted to try it, you can't go wrong with a trial class for ten bucks.

I am 54 and I took my 11 and 14 year old nephews here for a trial hour on a Monday at 4pm. I did it too! There were 8 in the class. The Coach paired us off into stations. We rotated through 8 stations in an hour. It was challenging but doable. I want to fit this into MY life!

My son did a Ninja birthday party. All the kids loved it. We had boys and girls ranging 3-10, and the coaches were patient and flexible with all of them. Giving the older kids ideas to make it more challenging. From a parent perspective, the party was chill and easy as the coaches did most of the work! Would definitely do it again.
