The staff were very courteous and welcoming. The room rented for our church event worked perfectly and to have been able to get free ice was beyond appreciated by our church. Also the kitchen was clean and so convenient for our event. This place is recommended to any small organization or families to hold their event. 👍👍💯

They double the deposit, the rent and want 15% of the front door to hold an event there simply because I am a for profit company. That bit of info is not included on the hand out they give you. It was not revealed until I went to actually rent it. They also tried to give me a hard time about not being a Fayetteville resident when it clearly says on the hand out that you only have to be a Cumberland County resident. I'm not really sure at this point if they even know how and what it takes to rent it. So they instead didn't want $1050 in rent and deposits plus 15% of the door., they chose to double everything instead and get nothing. A tax paid/supported recreation center that most people typically complain every year about not getting enough money to run the activities....and this is how they handle incoming revenue, just throw it away and try and to double his fees. They must be waiting in line to rent this place if they throw money away like this.

My daughter participated in softball. The regular season was great and the coach was professional. My daughter was selected for the"all-star team" and was not given the opportunity to play in the two games before disqualification in the all-stars series. Participation in the regular season is encouraged. However, avoid the"all-stars" invite because of favoritism and unprofessional coaches. Parents missed important work functions to see the coaches play favoritism. Unacceptable.

Great place to join recreation sports. The staff are the best in Fayetteville. Super courteous compared to other rec. centers and we've been to a lot! Well organized programs for the kids. Love it here.
