I took a chance with this camp sending my only child here 2 years ago. They were recommended through a friend of mine & I can honestly can say my little one and I love it here. My daughter has come home from camp more than I can count telling me how awesome her day was or what new activity she experienced and/or tackled. This past summer I actually found myself a bit jealous due to her experiencing an activity for the first time without me. Lol. But that’s what Stargazers do…they leave an imprint on everyone. The director & counselors are all super energetic and very attentive and the overall experience here is dope. From the weekly trips to the daily themes, Stargazers stay busy with loads of fun. They provide exceptional communication through app, phone or email detailing everything down to a T. With their weekly schedules, itineraries, and weekly food menus, you just can’t miss anything. Speaking of menus, lunch time is not to be played with. Fresh meals such as Mac & Cheese & BBQ chicken, tacos, beef patties, veggies and plenty more are provided to the little ones. You can feel the effort, compassion and love in everything they do. They even have a day for the parents! I can go on and on about them but that would be too much to write! lol. If you’re looking for a place that will create lasting memories for your little one, help them build their confidence, learn new things, and build new friendships…come to Stargazers! ✨

I visited Stargazer Camp this week and was very impressed with everything it has to offer. From Arts and crafts to sports and even field trips, the camper provides a wide range of activities that keep the kids, engaged and excited. The staff was friendly, attentive and clearly care about the campers experience.. What really stood out to me was how happy and active all the kids were., It’s obvious they were having a great time. Stargazer has a great atmosphere, a variety of fun programs and a team that really makes it work. Highly recommend!

I love this summer camp a lot. We actually go to trips a lot, the adults don’t make me cry, this place teaches us about kindness, and it’s just great. I met new friends there. And there’s actually nicer people who won’t talk behind my back at all. This camp also doesn’t exclude others at all and the adults actually aren’t verbally abusive. This place raises my self esteem and makes me feel better. Definitely go here

My children have been attending Stargazer day camp from the beginning. My oldest who’s now 19 was the first to attend and now my 12 year old twins and my 6 year old son are still keeping the legacy going. We’ve kind of infiltrated the camp with tons of cousins as well. That speaks volumes on how amazing the camp is. Gordon and Coach G are great with the kids and amazing with communication- the weekly trips are also what my kids love. We will be back again next year… unfortunately the twins are aging out but summer youth opportunities are also there for them like my oldest got to experience last year. #StargazerFamilyforLife

I literally could not have picked a better camp for my child to attend than Stargazer Day Camp. Here are some of the things that makes the camp outstanding: 1. Clear and consistent communication: Parents/Guardians are ALWAYS in the know. 2. Safety first: The kids are protected by each staff member as though they are their own children. Once you leave your child for the day, you literally do not need to worry about them. They are always well taken care of and should anything need to be communicated for any reason, you will receive a call immediately. Safety also includes things like protection from foods kids might be allergic to. Ensuring a nurse is on site and medication is handy (in case you have questions about those kinds of things). 3. Variety with regard to activities: Children have the opportunity to have fun at camp as well as participate in other activities that are practical and teach them valuable life skills. The camp ensures to plan activities that create a healthy balance for the children. There are a host of weekly activities that keep the children fully engaged and excited about the next day; often not wanting summer camp to end. 4. Trips: So many great and memorable trips. If a trip has to be canceled for any reason, rest assured Stargazer will ensure that something else is set up in its place so that the show goes on and each camper is happy. 5. Compassion and inclusivity: Talk about meeting children where they are. We all know each child is different and as such may have differing needs. Stargazer is the epitome of inclusivity. They create a space where each child feels supported, safe, and loved. The parents feel the support too! The staff are attentive, patient, and compassionate. You truly couldn't ask for better. 6. Food choices: Breakfast and lunch are provided for the kids unless there is a trip to a location where there is no vendor for that day. This is the only time you would be asked to provide lunch. The foods are usually chosen based on which ones are hits with the kiddos. Even picky eaters eat something! 7. The feeling of family: Kids create lasting memories and relationships not only with their new found friends, but also with the admins and staff. This is also true for parents as there are activities throughout camp season that allow for parents to participate and be involved, including but not limited to a Potluck and Parents' Day. My son has never been more excited about anything in his life. He looks forward to attending camp everyday and is already talking about next year. He did the same last year (2023) which was his first year at Stargazer. Two years in a row and we are no where close to being disappointed. Not in the least. On that note; RUN! DON'T WALK TO GET REGISTERED FOR 2025!!!
