It was nice to visit both times. I’ve been there. My dad and his brothers grew up in that neighborhood very nostalgic.

This rec center i way bigger than it looks like from the outside! It has two gyms inside and i play in a dodgeball league that rents this place out. The front desk and employees are always very helpful and friendly. Thank you for letting us use your space! It’s a super cute neighborhood gym for sure!

I try to use the basketball courts and there are children EVERYWHERE. They have 2 courts and could easily put them in 1 of the courts. They don’t and it is frustrating because I can’t just come before 3pm because I work during the day. They don’t even put up signs or utilize the calendar in an effective way to show these times of “open gym” Communication is all that’s needed and takes minimal effort. Put up a sign or add to your calendar.

It is a nice neighborhood rec center. Yes the workout room is a little small (maybe they would enlarge it if they had steady business). Two nice gym areas for basketball, pickleball or other activities. People are nice and it's relatively clean, just a little shabby. Still, all in all the place works and I'm glad it's in the neighborhood.
