Springfield Theatre Centre runs PAVE, an arts camp for students entering 3rd through 9th grade, held at the Hoogland Center for the Arts. Campers go through the whole process of staging a live production — audition try-outs, specialty make-up, costumes, dance and choreography, and solo and choral singing — and each session ends with a free public performance of an original show for family and guests. Sessions run two weeks and meet 9:00am–5:00pm, with doors open from 7:30am to 5:30pm. Tuition is $400 per session, and campers who register for all three sessions get $100 off the last one.
