Finding the pool closed every Wed mid day is not what I pay $70.00 a month to experience.

Was there to look at the facility. I want to work in the pool to build strength and take some pressure off my knees. Meet Robin and another instructor at the pool and they were so pleasant and informative about the programs offered. I look forward to joining and working with skilled staff.

Came with my family on several occasions to watch a basketball tournament. When we first came we were delighted to see all the different aspects of the YMCA given we don’t have one in our local area but would be nice to have a membership since we come to watch the tournament on Mondays thought it would be something my daughters would like to do. 1st incident while coming to watch the tournament we wanted to look at the gym area as we looked at the pool area during our first visit. A tall gentleman African American man was very rude an his tone frightened my kids as I was in was disbelief how we was actin unpolite with us. We abided an proceeded to walk back into the basketball area. 2nd incident every time we’ve came we never went to the front desk to ask any questions or to check in with anyone given we don’t have membership giving we were here for a tournament only until we lost our interest in getting a membership from the guy being aggressive. So this situation where this particular time he stopped us an was like check in in a rude unpolite manner I questioned as to why we had to but he overtalked me very aggressively an proceeded to talk to front desk about checking in after I mentioned no one has ever asked us to check in definitely look like front desk was lost at the fact of what he was saying. He made us feel very uncomfortable an after this second incident where we treated without respect. I know you all don’t represent a company where your guest are treated rudely an aggressively an unpolite manner. Especially kids!

The SACC program should Not wait until two day prior to first day of school to tell parents that they will not be providing before and after school care! I understand that covid has made it hard to staff but giving parents accurate notice would have been nice! I’m sure you’ll knew two weeks ago you did not have adequate staff, now we are scrambling to find other options and almost everywhere has a waiting list😡

Absolutely in love with this gym and the classes it offers. Very tentative cleaning staff team in the equipment area, classes’ instructors are all amazing, pool is supervised and the changing rooms is clean. Please keep the good work up. Excited to go to this gym every time!
