Powered by GoogleIf there was an option to mark this place as ZERO stars I would. The service was disgustingly bad. There is a very disrespectful lady that works there who yelled at me and friends for not getting off then field the second it hit zero. She kept on taking our personal belongings and threw them outside the field. She did this multiple times even though I asked her not to touch our things. The reason we didn’t get off the field the second it hit zero because we wanted to pick up our waters and Pennie’s. I proceeded to ask her for her manager and she ignored me like I wasn’t there. I asked twice. Three time. Four times. She kept rolling her eyes and shaking her head at me. After I decided to step back and leave the facility, she came back and yelled at us AGAIN and said “when the time is zero get off my field.” Is that how you talk to your customers? I have been playing indoor soccer around the DMV for years and have never had an experience like this. We will never be returning and I will be informing all my friends not to return as well. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to deal with the worst staff. Other than the terrible service, the fields are wide and not that long at all (playing 7v7 feels so packed), the goals are wide literally anyone can score, and there is no way to change the scoreboard. 0 stars.
This seems to be a really great place for practice and games. I’m not sure I would use it again for a party. The customer service wasn’t the best when making the arrangements. The guy that was there to help me onsite was very really friendly and the coach (Syl) was great. We had a small group because my son just wanted to play soccer for his birthday. The coach stepped in to play with them. The field was beautiful and the facility was clean. My biggest issue after the customer service was that there really isn’t a designated private area to celebrate afterwards. People were leaving their things on the tables while they saw us decorating. People would hover over and look at the things after they were set up. They would sit their things on the table while they saw us trying to put things out. When we arrived we had to wait for the field to be free, that was fine because we were a little early and I kept letting them know we were okay with that. However, around 5 minutes before our game buzzer went off, there was a team yelling at my family to hurry up and get off the field. When we were nearing the time that the party portion was ending and cleaning up, the worker was standing with the cleaning bottle as we were rushing to get everything out of the way for the next party. I understood that the next family was waiting to prepare while also waiting for the team to get off of the field. The waiting family was kind and patient but it felt extremely rushed on both ends. I specifically asked about setup time over the phone and didn’t get much of an explanation. They should probably specify 45 minutes for the setup during game time and 45 minutes for the party with 15 minutes of clean up to prepare for the next guests. Or they should have more time in between rentals to allow families to have the 2hr time-slot they are paying for. Our time was definitely not 1 hr for the game and 1 hr for the party. Outside of the lack of privacy and the timing issue, my son, his friends and our family had a great time. If I could hire Coach Syl for an event at a more private facility I would! If you need a place to practice or play…this is it.
Gary runs the indoor lacrosse league really well. The games are well officiated, the schedule is organized and the arena is great for fans to view the game. Highly recommend for any club team looking to play sixes!
Fun place. Parking is a little tight but not bad. Sometimes they have pretzels. Not great for those just watching. Not a lot of seating if your team is playing in the back of the arena.
The Futbol Factory is a perfect place to train and play, it’s super clean compared to other soccer facilities too. Temp checks when you enter and everything!
