★Bdbznxhsbbs UsbzbzbMy son was accepted onto this team and was extremely excited to play, but unfortunately suffered an injury and was placed under strict orders by his physical therapist not to participate. He never got to play a single game or fully participate with the team. When I reached out about the possibility of a refund, I was told, “If he wasn’t injured here, then we’re not refunding you.” As a single mother, $375 is not a small amount of money, especially for something my child never even got the opportunity to use. What’s most disappointing is that this organization presents itself as a church-based group centered around community and values, yet there was absolutely no compassion or understanding shown toward our situation. I understand policies exist, but sometimes doing the right thing matters more than hiding behind them. Very disappointing experience overall.
